Luxembourg, 9 July 2018 - INTRASOFT International, the global ICT company, has been selected by Cyta Cyprus after a rigorous tendering process, in order to support the telecom company with its digital transformation mandate.
The newly signed contract marks the onset of a new collaboration that will see INTRASOFT playing a key role in the modernization of Cyta’s Marketing Capabilities and Customer Service Experience through a series of technological state-of-the-art upgrades. Cyta’s BSS legacy systems will be replaced by new enhanced systems for a seamless overall experience. The contract covers a range of systems including CRM, Billing, Middleware and other satellite systems.
