Luxembourg, 19 September 2017 - INTRASOFT International, a global ICT company is once again the overall winner of the multimillion euro CORDIS (http://cordis.europa.eu/) project by the Publications Office of the European Union, through its participation in the winning consortia in three lots.
CORDIS, the Community Research and Development Information Service, is the European Commission's primary public repository and portal to disseminate information on all EU-funded research projects and their results, in the broadest sense. For the next five-year period, INTRASOFT and its consortium partners will be directly responsible for data processing and management, editorial services, hosting, application maintenance and development and web development.
One of the most visible portals across the research community, CORDIS has been instrumental in the emergence of the European research area and the common identity of European researchers. With over 20 years’ experience in the information & communication market, INTRASOFT International has been working with the Luxembourg-based Publications Office in the set up and management of the CORDIS services since its early days.
Mr. Alexandros Manos, Managing Director of INTRASOFT International commented: “We are proud to be working with the Publications Office as our client through numerous key contracts. CORDIS has strong historical significance for INTRASOFT International, as one of the first contracts our company was awarded, and we look forward to continue evolving this pivotal service across the European Union and beyond.”
